Diana and Doug have an extensive professional background in training and education that enables them to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds. They began teaching Dog Obedience and Therapy Dog classes in 1995 and in 1997 added agility to their curriculum. In 1998 they opened Seattle Agility Center and began providing agility classes 7 days a week to the Seattle area. In January of 2003 Seattle Agility Center moved to the beautiful new agility arena in Maple Valley, currently serving 230 + students at any given time. In 2010, the full time indoor obedience studio was added providing a complete 7 day a week obedience schedule.

Doug and Diana's Buddies
Doug and Diana's first buddies...
gone from our lives, but never from our hearts.

Doug and Diana are very involved with their 9 grandchildren, all dog owners and lovers too, of course! (Check out the great grandkid photos scattered throughout our website). Both Doug and Diana LOVE gardening. Diana completed her Master Gardener program in 2008, and Doug completed his in 2009. When you come to the facility you can enjoy all the fruits of their labors! Diana holds down the "fort" and weeds the veggies while Doug travels as a NADAC judge 10-12 weekends a year across the US and Canada. Life is Good!
